wow time flies doesnt it? well anways i am travelling throughout the world and sampling all the regional foods. scandinavia has some interesting and yummy foods. hungary is about the best place i have visited so far. everything is so cheap and yummy especially the chicken and apples.

Hi all.....i just ate some yummy WHole wheat bread from Panera Bread

yab Panera Bread is one of my favorite establishments for food. since i'm a cook and a foodie i definitely recommend them.  Prices are a little steep though. I love Celtic Salt from Whole Foods Market too.

Yummy Sangos again

I made a nice sango again last night. it was so delicous. Of course I had the smoked Mozarella from Whole Foods in New York City and added some smoked turkey and Voila. It was so yummy. I even added some olive oil to the bread. Added some yummy Fuill sour pickles from Guss' Pickles on the Lower east side although the owner was quite rude and refused to give me a sample. how awful.
well that was my lovely food recipe from yesterday in New York City!

Todays tasty tastings at WFM!

oh yes had lots of yummy tastigs at Whole Foods in Time Warner building. Far too crowded though. had the yummy pizza and some lovely organic cherries.

I love Coffee!

Oh yes the Coffee at Traders Joe's is really delicous! They give out unlimited amounts of Coffee at their stores. Its so good i go back there for 2nds and thirds haha!! I make traditional Irish coffee for the Christmas. I add Jamisons Irish whiskey and cabot whipped cream and the Feminino coffe at Trader Joes. Awesome.
Well i also like the coffee at Whole Foods!

well i have some recipes for Christmas. Chicken Paprikash is a favorite in my family as is irish Stew. yummy

Organic Sweet Potatoes

I made some organic Sweet Potatoes last night they were so delicous. I baked the potatoes then i took them out of the oven and added Canola oil and salt and pepper and butter and some honey and it was delicous.
