The Gourmet at Garbally College Ballinasloe County Galway Ireland

geez i can tell you that the food that we ate in Garbally College Ballinasloe Ireland was not very good. It was mostly consisted of beans and sausages and home fries and lots of trans fats.

Irish Potatoes

yes i fondly remember the irish potatoes that we used to make in Galway Ireland back in the 1970's when i lived there for 12 years. My cousins used to add fresh milk straight from their milking cows and added fresh Scallions and Irish Sea Salt from Salthill area of Galway Bay. It was really delicous. Well I think I will try some new foods today. I am a big fan of veggies. I love V8. i have been adding some supplements to my diet to combat a tooth infection. I recently was told by a clerk at GNC that acidifilius is very beneficial in healing a tooth infection. Hopefully these and also eating lots of Yogurts will do the trick.

Even my little Jack Russell Terrier Loves my Cooking

lol...ya my good lil Doggy Jewels she really loves my cooking and just like any other dog I guess. I only give her the finest organic foods and usually i go to the Organic Food market called Weaver street Co-op in Carrboro NC. I have life time membership and whenever i am going through the carolinas i stop in there. they have great products and good discounts with membership. they have nice doggy treats. the liver ones are Jewels favorite. My doggy is so precious and very protective. she is something of a world traveler too.
There was even one time when i was in NYC in Manhattan sepcifically and i happened to be waiting outside a delicatessen on Broadway and 65th street and who comes around the corner when i was standing outside with jewels was none other than the cross dresser and serial killer, Robert Durst. He didnt notice my lil doggy at first and was startled to hear a loud vicous barking noise and then he looks down and was obviously scared at first and then when he realized it was just a lil JRT thats when he straigthened up and looked my in the eye. I was thinking he looks familiar but couldnt place him.
Then i realized it was the cross dressing psychopathic killer Robert Durst. That was kinda scary i must say but jewels was just thinking he was a fresh piece of meat as she is biter too. Needless to say after 1 minute of eye balling me he walks crazily down the street muttering and then screaming to himself.
Turns out, he was on a 3 day release from a lockup in Texas.
I couldnt believe they would actually let this character roam free in Manhattan where he has loads of family from what the newspapers have said. By now,he's supposedly a free man too. Yikes! hopefully he is not preying on the innocent people of NYC!
Well anyways my wife was buying some groceries so we could make a dinner for ourselves at the local YMCA. We like to cook at the Motels and Hostels that we stay at.

We were staying there at the YMCA, as none of our families would let us stay at their houses.
I wonder how many people have cold relatives like ours?? Well, they dont really like our lil dog jewels and thats the main reason. i guess they are prejudice against dogs. Alas! to hell with them i say!!

Anyways this Robert Durst his family owns loads of real estate and they aren't too happy with this character either lol. He wont be staying on their sofa either. Anyways lil old Jewels made Page 6 of the New York Post. Hooray!!

tomatoes

yummy. Whole food market has these really great Heir loom tomatoes. they are so delicous. they are great with many dishes. i eat them raw or with scrambled eggs.
oh la la
haha
bye for now

Well i'm still here on Thursday night dreaming of yummy foods

Yummy organic food that is. I detest all those stores that sell hydrogenated and nitrate products. in NYC they have banned the use of trans fats. Not so in other states I notice. When I cook I try to cook using only pure loive oil. I cook usually with an oil that has a high burn, such as Soybean oil or Canola. Actually they have to say High Burn on the label because not all of these oils will be such a high burner. When the food is cooked on high heat they tend to burn the food and the oils turn black and they release carcinogens. i have this nice dutch oven iron pan that i cook lots of food on. today i had yummy 2 hot dogs and yummy Charles Shaw red wine. @ buck chuck they calll it. Its actually 2.99!! lol its so good and so cheap. actually its the Beaujolais version. Trader Joe rocks and so does Whole food market.
well i'll be back soon.

Hello everyone here I am again chatting about food etc.

Yes i cooked some tasty brown rice today with spinach. oh how i love that rice and spinach. i also had some kefir from Trader Joe's. We have a new trader Joes here. Kefir at trader Joes is very good and cheaper than Whole Food Market. I added some extra vigin olive oil. Olive oil is very good for a person. i also bought a nice sea salt grinder from Trader joes and the salt is from South AFrica. didnt know they had good sea salt from there. its quite good actually but i prefer the French sea salt that Whole foods sell.
well hope someone posts some tips and their favorite foods here.
bye for now
