Traditional Hungarian Cooking Recipe's

Hi there everyone!
Well here I am with my very first blogsite! My very first topic too!. This topic is one which I picked up from my wife who is a very good Hungarian housewife and cook too! We love to cook typical traditional Hungarian delicacies, including Chicken Paprikash and of course, Goulash!
And as its Halloween time what Hungarian cooking tips I can give to the world include a lovely dish with who else of course as the inspiration, none other than Count Dracula of Transylvania!
haha! Well, we are still debating what kind of recipe we will make for the Dracula dish.
